The plant of BMW Brilliance is situated in Shenyang city, Liaoning province, which has a strong industrial base of China. BMW Brilliance also has a branch company in Beijing, with a nationwide sales and service network. The business in Beijing branch includes Sales, Sales Channel Development, Marketing, Aftersales, BMW Training Academy, and Customer Relationship Management etc. Jointly set up with BMW China, it also has five regional offices situated in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Hangzhou.
