The foundation of our CSR efforts is the China Charity Federation BMW Warm Heart Fund, which was established jointly with the China Charity Federation (CCF) in 2008. As a platform for all-round stakeholder engagement, China Charity Federation BMW Warm Heart Fund not only supports a wide array of programs and partners across the country, but also brings together BMW customer representatives, dealers and employees to give back to society. BMW Warm Heart Fund constitutes a dedicated channel through which BMW contributes its CSR efforts. Focused on delivering results, this fund operates in a collaborative, transparent, and sustainable manner. By the end of 2018, China Charity Federation BMW Warm Heart Fund has attracted the involvement of more than 250 dealers and 88,000 customers and associates devoted to philanthropy and solving social problems, benefiting 171,600 people.

BMW Warm Heart Family

While fulfilling corporate social responsibility consecutively, BMW has engaged stakeholders to participate in BMW CSR programs extensively through the platform of China Charity Federation BMW Warm Heart Fund. By the end of 2018, China Charity Federation BMW Warm Heart Fund has attracted the involvement of more than 250 dealers and 88,000 customers and associates devoted to philanthropy and solving social problems, benefiting 171,600 people. At the same time, 19 Warm Heart Customer Clubs have been established in 18 cities by warm-hearted customers, forming a vast public welfare network nationwide. Along with the continuously expanding network of BMW Warm Heart Customer Clubs, the fund constitutes one of the widest-ranging volunteering initiatives of its kind in the country.
