Dr. Christoph Stark, President and CEO of BMW Group Region China said, “The satisfactory sales development in the first half year once again confirms that we are on the right track to implement our strategy for localization and customer-orientation. All products we supply for the Chinese market are now efficient models and at the meantime we made great efforts to improve quality aspects including brand image and after-sales service, which are critical factors for us to maintain an advantage over the competition and drive for sustainable growth.”
