(Shanghai) During the National Day Holiday, the 2nd BMW Premium Selection Day will be held from October 1 to 3 at the Shanghai Jiuguang Pedestrian Shopping Street. A fleet of BMW Premium Selection vehicles, including the BMW 3, 5, and 7 Series, and BMW X3, X5, Z4 and M6, all checked and authorized by BMW experts, will be shown to customers for appreciation and selection.
During Selection Day, BMW product advisors and BPS managers will provide customers with professional and detailed information. BMW consultants will also answer questions on bank loans in buying a BPS car. Besides the exhibition, the BMW Premium Selection Day also has exciting interactive activities to help customers learn more about BPS. Through this all new platform, customers can find their premium and reliable BMW vehicles with the highest price-performance ratio.
BPS shows the long-term commitment of the BMW brand towards premium quality and performance, and providing customers with more products to choose from. BMW used vehicles need to go through a series of strict screenings to become a BMW Premium Selection vehicle, including: the vehicle should have a service life of less than 5 years, logged less than 100,000 kilometers, and must be able to pass 100 BMW professional technology standards. It also needs to have original BMW parts and complete BMW records for age and mileage.
When customers purchase a BMW Premium Selection vehicle, beside the "sheer driving pleasure", they also receive many top-quality and professional service commitments, for instance, 12 months or 20,000 kilometer warranty, roadside assistance service, original car replacement, and test drives.
This year, the BMW Premium Selection Day will also be held in Guangzhou and Beijing, allowing more customers to come into close contact with the charm of classic BMW cars. The BMW Premium Selection Loan Project, and MINI NEXT, a pre-owned MINI project, have also been launched in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
BMW Premium Selection is the first pre-owned vehicle certification program initiated in 2003 by the BMW Group within the international premium brands. In December 2005, the BMW Premium Selection Program was launched in the Chinese market. Currently, 32 authorized dealerships provide BPS service. In June 2008, BMW China opened the official BMW Premium Selection online channel providing customers with information on the BMW Premium Selection program and models at authorized dealerships.
