(Beijing) BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. has appointed Mr. Jack Lei as Senior Vice President Finance & CFO effective in May 2008.

Mr. Jack Lei is experienced in financial management and has years’ experience in automotive industry. Before joining BMW Brilliance, Mr. Lei was Director and Chief Financial Officer of both Brilliance China Automotive Holding Ltd. and Shenyang Jinbei Automotive Co., Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Finance, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in the USA.
