(Guangzhou.) Today, the BMW Group presented at this year's last grand auto show in China with its full line-up of product. The new BMW 6 Series Coupé and Convertible with its China debut, and the new BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase launched by BMW Brilliance at the end of October add more flavour to the auto show.

The new BMW 6 Series Coupé and Convertible
In the proud tradition of a genuine Gran Turismo and a dynamic Luxury Convertible, the new BMW 6 Series have strengthened the position of the Coupé as the leading 2+2-seater in the luxury segment in both technological and dynamic terms, and reinforced the sporting, modern and exclusive features of the Convertible.
Stylish design and interior ambience
The two new models feature highly attractive modifications. The body of the BMW 6 Series is characterised by its supreme sculptural design of the highest standard. The uninterrupted flow of all characteristic lines on the BMW 6 Series generates a sleek and ongoing connection, all body elements coming together to form one harmonious balance. Appropriate refinements in the new models offer an even clearer expression of this trait. The unique Finn look of the soft roof of the Convertible is of particular impressive.

The new BMW 630i Coupé and Convertible are priced respectively at RMB 1,074,000 and RMB 1,127,000. The market price of the new BMW 650i Coupé and Convertible are respectively RMB 1,438,500 and RMB 1,536,500.
The new BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase
The new BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase launched at the end of October is the most innovative premium business sedan with versatile functionality, latest technology and advanced equipment. The wheelbase of 3.028 meters ensures the comfort of passengers in the rear seats, while keeping the outstanding handling of the BMW 5 Series. With the world's lightest straight-six magnesium-aluminium engine, the new BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase is supplied with the best power-weight ratio. In addition, the lightweight body makes it the most fuel-efficient car in its class. The enhanced model has been redesigned in both the front and rear exterior, and applied LED technology to further enhance safety of the vehicle.
The new BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase is the first in its class to apply an electronic gear selector worldwide. BMW's original iDrive central information processing system has also been updated with additional eight favorite buttons. Standard equipment also includes comfort access and Logic 7 in the new BMW 530Li.
The BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase specially designed and developed by the BMW Group for the Chinese market was launched at the end of last year. In the first three quarters of 2007, total sales of the BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase reached 12,236 units with a year-on-year increase of 53%, boasting the fastest growth in its class.
