In response to successively rising market demand, BMW Brilliance Shenyang Plant adjusted its production mode to three shifts per day from July.

With perfect production and quality control systems, as well as exquisite production technology, the Shenyang plant has completely achieved BMW global quality standard while winning the approval of BMW consumers. Demand for the domestic BMW 3 Series and BMW 5 Series vehicles has been on a persistent rise since they began production in July, 2003. BMW Brilliance has delivered nearly 5000 BMW sedans in the first quarter of 2006 alone, a growth of 50% over the same period last year.

At present, BMW Brilliance Shenyang Plant possesses 2,500 employees and recuitment is still going on actively. Newly recruited staff can expect strict training, according to BMW's globally uniform standard, to ensure that their professional level conforms exactly with the BMW standard.
