
The application will first be reviewed by Human Resources staff. If the applicant is regarded as suitable for an internship position within BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd., it will pass the pre selection and will be forwarded to one or several departments according to the applicant’s skills and background.
If the application is being considered interesting by one of the departments, an appointment for a telephone interview will be set up. For the interview, the applicant is contacted by telephone by Human Resources staff. The main emphasis of the interview is on personal and potential professional development, acquired skills and aptitude. Moreover, the telephone interview facilitates the clarification of any unanswered questions on both sides. The Human Resources Department will give their recommendation to the departments.
If the first telephone interview is being approved, a second interview with members of the responsible department will be arranged. After this, the final decision will be made.
The whole process may take up to 2 months or longer. All applicants will receive an acceptance or rejection via email after the whole process is finished.
