Hiring Process
The incoming resumes will first be evaluated by Human Resources staff and a pre-selection will be made by HR department based on the job requirements and the documents submitted by the applicants.
If the applicant is regarded as suitable for a certain position within BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd., a telephone interview will be scheduled. Normally a telephone interview will be conducted by Human Resources staff. The main emphasis of the telephone interview is on personal and potential professional development, acquired skills and aptitude. Moreover, the telephone interview facilitates the clarification of any unanswered questions on both sides.
If the first telephone interview is being approved, the next step is the job / panel interview. The applicant is invited for this separately. The aim is to meet the applicant personally during an interactive conversational situation with staff of the responsible department and Human Resources representatives. During this interview the emphasis lies on the applicant’s personal and vocational background. The applicant’s CV is discussed or questions may be asked relating to possible experience and competencies. Written and PC-aided assessment tools may also be utilized in the interview phase.
Some necessary procedures shall be concluded before an offer. e.g. medical check.
