We confirm receipt of your application documents immediately. The remaining process requires some time, but as a rule the entire application process should be concluded after four weeks.

After an interview, the applicant will automatically receive feedback by the Human Resource department. Feedback cannot be provided, however, to applicants who were not invited to an interview, e.g. who were not considered for the position based on the documents they submitted. Due to data privacy laws, specific reasons for rejecting an application are not stored.

If you did not have an interview, you can reapply at any time. After an interview, we recommend to first obtain feedback from your Human Resources interview partner.

BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. is a technology company. That is why, above all, we seek technical qualifications such as: Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, Information technology, Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering. But we also seek for experts in sales, administration, finance, etc.

Apart from Production associates, a good command of English is mandatory, since it is the working language. Some departments also require Chinese or German. Even if not required, knowledge of one of those languages is always a plus.

It goes without saying that we observe data privacy guidelines during the entire application process. Only HR personnel and the responsible associates of the appropriate department have access to your direct application. The data cannot be accessed by other employees.
