BMW Brilliance’s Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program aims to provide local students majoring in automobile manufacturing with valuable opportunities of learning advanced BMW technology and participating in the production process.

Depending on your field of interest, you may complete the Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program in Body and Paint technologies or Assembly and Logistics technologies.

Our program also aims to provide new talent to BMW Brilliance and our supplier and service partners.
